People often wonder why they can't forget this Hollywood (Calif) native after meeting her ... Is it the hair that changes color with mood? Could it be her engaging personality or quick sense of humor? Might it be the surprisingly high intelligence level hidden beneath the fidgety exterior? Whatever 'it' may be, anyone who meets Trixxie will attest to her being unforgettable.

With a life-story that reads like a novel, Trixxie has experienced more in her lifetime then three people combined. Work, Love, and curiosity has taken her around the world several times. Most of her friends she grew up around have gone on to become well-known musicians, actors, and artists. Her face and name appeared in the locals and weeklies as an invitee at clubs, parties, and gigs in L. A. Throughout Trixxie's life, she has studied and worked in various occupations, constantly challenging herself to try new things. From stage lighting tech to musician to AHT to Emergency Room Secretary, she thrived in each and every job respectively.

Breathtaking as her 'highs' were, Trixxie has experienced lows that would have crushed the average person. The loss of too many friends throughout the years due to substance abucse, accidents, and suicide. Her surviving in a near-fatal assault ant the years of therapy and surgery to reconstruct her mind, body, and soul. The passing of her first husband from HIV/AIDS a mere six moths after their wedding. The near-death of her current spouse after open-heart surgery and the difficulties  he endures due to post-op strokes.

Through it all, Trixxie has lived by the statement that "through adversity comes strength and beauty". Most of her creations re spawned by her emotions. Trixxie found art therapy after her assault as a way to express the feelings she could not verbalize. Anger, fear, frustration, and sadness were conveyed onto paper via traditional pointillism. Over time, she blended into other images those things she adored, such as 50's-style pin-up girls, vampires, and sensuality. Because of the similarity between the technique of pointillism and traditional Polynesian/SE Asian tattooing, Trixxie has participated in tattoo conventions, often as the only non-tattooist booth in attendance.
